For the second year in a row, we have been named the top health plan for member satisfaction by J.D. Powers. In 2018, we achieved the highest score in all six study factors - coverage and benefits, cost, provider choice, customer service, information and communication, and claims processing - one of only 5 health plans, out of 163 studied nationwide, to do so.

The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Health Insurance Plan Ratings for 2017-2018 show that we continue to be rated among the highest-performing private health plans in America. For the second year in a row, NCQA awarded Blue Cross' Commercial HMO/POS plan a top rating of 5 out of 5. NCQA also rated our Commercial PPO plan 4.5 out of 5.

In 2017 for the second year in a row, our Prescription Drug plan received the highest rating of 5 out of 5 stars from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Our Medicare Advantage HMO and PPO plans were both  high-rated earning 4.5 out of 5 Stars.

Benchmark Portal

For the fourth year in a row, Our Retail Sales & Retention team was named one of the highest ranking inbound sales call centers in the nation in terms of efficiency and effectiveness. (so we can have this award under 2017, 1016, 2015, and 2014).
