Diversity Dialogues

Women@Blue Conference

Women@Blue is an annual conference that brings together our associates, business partners, and community leaders to focus on the advancement, development, and wellbeing of women in the workplace. The theme of this year's event was – Our Total Selves which highlighted actionable steps women and girls can use to thrive in all areas of their lives.

Our new headquarters at 101 Huntington in Boston offers associates a space that is:

  • Collaborative: featuring an open space floor plan and ergonomic mobile work spaces.
  • Healthy: providing wellness centers and a one-on-one nutritionist counseling services.
  • Innovative: Offering centralized printing station which use less paper and power.
